About me
Inspired by my apprenticeship with my late father, renowned Filipino Sculptor Eduardo Castrillo, I am passionate about elevating the human spirit through themes that resonate in a visually impactful manner. My artistic style is modern, celebrating family, hard work, community, and purpose.

My Artistic Journey
Living and working in Fort St. John, British Columbia, has profoundly influenced my art. I've had to develop, evolve, and redirect my artistic language, exploring locally available materials and creatively working within the limits of my space. Some of my most memorable projects include:
- PATHWAYS TO PROSPERITY: The signature sculpture of the Philippine Stock Exchange, my biggest public artwork to date.
- Christmas Tree Installation for Shangri La Makati: This ushered me into my sculptor career in 2003.
- Land Form Obelisk in Fort St. John BC: Signaled the beginning of my artistic practice in Canada; winning the competition indicated I was on the right path.
- DRUM OF CONCORDIA: My installation during my artist-in-residence in Fort St. John.
